Booking and Cancellation Policy

Jemma Phillips requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee.

All appointments made require a small booking fee upon booking which is non refundable. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment.

In the case of a no-show, where a client books an appointment and does not turn up with no notice given then 100% of the treatment price will be owed.

The booking fee is non refundable however if more than 48 hours notice is given to reschedule the appointment then the booking fee will be transferred to a new booking (Collagen Wave Facial appointments need a minimum 72 hrs notice).

The booking fee will not be refunded when an appointment is cancelled without a new booking.

Jemma Phillips cannot make any exceptions for circumstances - the cancellation policy and is upheld at all times (apart from Covid-19 exceptions stated in the Covid-19 policy).
